Lecturer and researcher in Information Systems at Telkom University, Indonesia, working on data governance, IT governance, and AI in governance. His research has moved from assessing data governance with DAMA-DMBOK2 and COBIT 2019 to design science research on data quality management, with a model validated by experts from government, education, and health organisations. Author of 28 publications, 14 of them indexed in Scopus, and 7 reference books. and reach H-index 7. Research interests: data governance capability, capability maturity models, IT governance, and AI-enabled digital transformation in the public sector.
